Product usage

 

A license key or user account, containing the ability to access cheese-factory.cc products must have been obtained through purchasing a product through our payment system. cheese-factory.cc is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on intellectual property of third parties. In such events, the consumer protects cheese-factory.cc for claims from third parties.

Refunds of transactions

 

Most of our products are tested for a long time to make sure they are compatible with most hardware and systems. The specific environment should refer to the product description, we cannot guarantee success on everyone's computer. When the order is generated and payment is completed, the system will automatically send the product, and the moment the product is exposed to you, we usually assume that the product has been used. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

Switching of product

 

When the product order is completed, we assume that the product has been used. Therefore, we are unable to recycle the sold products and provide product switching services. If you have other requirements, please describe your problem to the administrator, and we will provide you with discounts on new products to reduce your personal loss. However, we reserve the right to refuse offers.
